The Blacklist, featuring James Spader, will have its season finale tonight.

The show, which premiered in 2013, has been considered one of NBC’s high concept dramas. The Blacklist features spies and betrayal. New plots are formed while others are decimated. In the series, the government agent Raymond “Red” Reddington has eluded capture for decades. He turns himself into the FBI with an offer to help catch a terrorist. The Blacklist has been one of the biggest hits in 10 years, according to Forbes. The show features Megan Boone and Ryan Eggold. The story line keeps audiences guessing, and the show features plenty of twists and turns.

According to The Wall Street Journal, executive producer Jon Bokenkamp says that the last episode even features a body count. Bokenkamp said, “I won’t confirm any deaths, but there is a body count in the finale. Berlin (the bad guy introduced recently) is gunning for Red and anyone connected to him. That includes Liz and the FBI team."

The Blacklist will conclude for this season on May 12.
