TV ratings on Wednesday night saw little growth, with shows either remaining steady in comparison with recent episodes or losing ground.

CBS won the night with a 2.1 in the 18-49 demographic and 9.92 million viewers. Both Survivor and Criminal Minds were down slightly to a 2.3 and 2.2 rating, respectively, reports HitFix. The Patricia Arquette CSI backdoor pilot was steady with a 1.8 in the demo, not impressive, but not bad either.

Despite struggling on the night, Fox still managed to take second place. Lone show of the night American Idol fell to a performance episode low with a 1.8 in the demo and 8.6 million viewers.

ABC took the biggest stumble of the night, with all new episodes dipping a bit in the ratings, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The network took in a 1.6 in the 18-49 demo and 5.5 million viewers. The Middle slid slightly to a 1.8 demo rating, while Suburgatory was down to a 1.4 in the demo. Modern Family fell quite a bit, down to a 2.8 rating. Freshman comedy Mixology dropped to a 1.3 in the demo.

NBC averaged a 1.7 in the demo and 6 million viewers, though numbers could change as some areas aired the end of an NBA playoff game. Revolution remained even with a 1.4 demo rating, while Law & Order: SVU dipped to a 1.8 in the demo. Chicago PD was one of the lone shows to see any improvement, up to a 1.9 rating.

The CW took in a 0.7 in the demo and 2.08 million viewers. Arrow was up slightly to a 0.8, while The 100 remained steady with a 0.6 rating.
