Once Upon a Time closed out its season as the top program of Sunday night, while the first night of NBC's Rosemary's Baby drew few interested viewers.
Topping the night was ABC thanks to a decent 1.8 in the 18-49 demographic and low 5.92 million viewers. America's Funniest Home Video started the evening off with a 1.5 in the demo, Once Upon a Time bowed out for the season with a 2.2 in the demo, reports HitFix. The number is up over the previous week, but down from last year's finale. Revenge's finale saw a stronger uptick of viewers, closing at a 1.5 demo rating.
CBS had the strongest overall audience with 8.3 million viewers, but lagged behind with a 1.3 rating in the advertiser-important demo. 60 Minutes improved to a 1.1 demo rating, while The Good Wife also rose, to a 1.2 in the demo. The Amazing Race held even with a 1.7 rating and The Mentalist remained consistent after its renewal with a 1.2 in the demo.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox struggled on the evening as shows fell in the ratings and the network averaged 3.18 million viewers, but tied CBS in the 18-49 demo with a 1.3 rating. Bob's Burgers slipped to a 0.9 rating, while American Dad tumbled to a 1.1 in the demo. The Simpsons fell the second-most on Fox, to a 1.6 rating. Family Guy held almost even with a 2.1 in the demo, but Cosmos saw the largest drop, down to a 1.2 in the demo.
Any hope NBC had of Rosemary's Baby doing well over its two nights were extinguished after the first episode only pulled in a 1.1 in the demo and 3.7 million viewers. The network averaged a 0.9 rating and 3.7 million viewers. Dateline also had a poor outing, falling to a 0.7 in the demo.
