Shark Tank managed to tie a season high on Friday night in television ratings, while Hannibal and Grimm both improved as well.
ABC pulled in a 1.8 rating in the important 18-49 demographic and 6.97 million viewers. According to HitFix, the special Shark Tank: Swimming With Sharks improved to a 1.5 demo rating and a new episode of Shark Tank jumped to a 2.2 in the demo. 20/20 ticked up to a 1.4 demo rating.
CBS came second with a low 1.2 in the demo, but still managed to have the top overall audience with 9.21 million viewers. Unforgettable was up to a 1.1 in the demo, while Hawaii Five-0 slipped to a 1.2 demo rating. Blue Bloods closed out the night with an improved 1.5 rating.
NBC tied CBS in the 18-49 demo, but had a much weaker audience average of 4.79 million viewers, reports TVbytheNumbers. Dateline improved slightly to a 1.2 in the demo and Grimm was up to a 1.4 rating. Hannibal was up to a 1.1 demo rating for the night.
Fox struggled and averaged only a 0.8 in the demo and 2.49 million viewers of the back of a two-hour Kitchen Nightmares episode. The CW averaged a 0.3 demo rating and 888,000 viewers as Whose Line Is it Anyway was down to a 0.4 and Hart of Dixie dipped to a 0.2, tying a series low.
