Amanda Bynes is free of all charges after a judge dismissed the actresses’ New York City bong tossing case.
According to
FOX News, the actress was not present when her lawyer appeared in court on Monday. The judge however, praised Bynes’ recent behavior and sealed the case, essentially erasing all charges associated with the incident.
Last year, the former actress was charged with marijuana possession, tampering with evidence and reckless endangerment after she threw her bong out of her New York City apartment window upon the arrival of police. Authorities responded to complaints from the actress’ neighbors that said she was smoking weed and behaving erratically, TMZ reports.
Byne’s Lawyer told TMZ that she has remained out of trouble and has satisfied all of the conditions. Upon being charged last year, a judge ruled that if the actress stayed out of trouble for six months, the case would be cleared and dismissed, which is exactly what happened.
As of now, Bynes is continuing to pursue a degree in fashion school and has continued to remain out of trouble.
