Abigail was asked to be Sami's maid of honor, Nicole refused to help Eric, Sami and Nicole fought over Eric, Hope and Aiden continued to plan for the gala, Victor fired Kate, Sami and Kate had a major confrontation, Jennifer and Daniel are over, Eve Donovan returned to Salem, Brady and Theresa got closer.
Brady was high on cocaine when he completed a business deal at the mansion. He hung up the phone and decided to celebrate with even more cocaine and a visit with Theresa. John arrived, making Brady put his drugs away. John tried to explain that he wanted to save Brady, but he didn't want to hear it. Brady wondered if there was a siren that went off in his father's head every time he felt his son was in trouble. John took the hint and realized his son was on drugs. Brady passed it off as being too wired from lack of sleep, but John knew better. Brady left the mansion.
While Theresa looked over the text from Brady, she saw JJ in the Horton Town Square. He was admiring a necklace, and Theresa wondered if it was for Paige. JJ questioned how she knew his girlfriend's name, and she claimed she overheard it. She stated that Paige wasn't his type, being that she was innocent. JJ explained that Paige knew everything about his past, but Theresa was just messing around with him. She didn't care what JJ did with Paige. JJ told her to get a life and left.
Paige and Mary Beth hung out at the Brady Pub and discussed their excitement over finally graduating high school. Mary Beth mentioned how Paige's mom was finally going to meet her "loser boyfriend." Paige defended JJ, but Mary Beth pointed out that she will freak when she learns of his past.
Sami and EJ warned Kate not to do anything to stop their wedding. Kate said she doesn't care about their wedding and informed them that there might be a double wedding at the mansion. Sami attempted to go after Kate, but EJ pulled her away. Sami inquired about how quickly could they get married.
Jordan continued to eavesdrop on Rafe's phone conversation with his mother. Once he hung up, she went over to try to comfort him. He snapped at her and told her to leave him alone. Lucas and Kate met and the club and gossiped about Gabi having a role in Melanie's kidnapping. Lucas saw Rafe and tried to comfort him, but only made things worse. Kate scolded her son and sent him away. Kate sat down and began ordering drinks for herself and Rafe. He confided in her about how he let his sisters and the women he was romantically involved with down. Kate said it wasn't true and reminded him that not all the women he was with needed rescuing.
Ben and Abigail discussed plans for their first date, but he's called away. Sami and EJ arrived, and Sami asked if she could be their unofficial wedding planner. EJ and Abigail grew pale, as Abigail attempted to get out of it. EJ agreed for her to plan the wedding. Sami was excited and hinted at the secret project the two women were working on. Once Sami left, Abigail yelled at EJ, asking what was wrong with him. He explained that Sami would've been suspicious if she didn't agree to help. Ben and Jordan met in another area of the park where he lent a shoulder for Jordan to cry on about how much Rafe has pushed her away.
Paige went to JJ's house where he gave her the necklace. Paige was elated as they shared a kiss. She informed him about Mary Beth's comments toward him, but it didn't change how she felt about him. JJ pointed out that Paige was reading his father's book, which made him proud and uneasy.
Brady met Theresa at the square while he drank a martini. John stalked nearby and witnessed Brady and Theresa going back to her place. They had sex, and Brady continued to complain about his father's meddling. Theresa defended John's actions, but secretly plotted against him.
Sami was on the phone and spoke about setting a date for her wedding. Rafe and Kate fell into bed together and began to have sex.

Nicole sat in the Brady Pub hoping for Eric to arrive. Sami walked up to her and started in with asking her why Eric dumped her. Nicole was not in the mood, but Sami kept pushing her. Eventually, she let it slip that she had proof that could've cleared Eric's name, and Sami was furious, calling her selfish. Nicole fought back, calling her EJ's w****. They slapped each other, turning it into a huge catfight.
Eric took the documents from Dr. Chyka to Bishop White to see if his name and the church's could be cleared. He informed the bishop that Nicole kept the documents from him after she and Daniel tracked Dr. Chyka down. Bishop White said the case would possibly be reopened, which gave Eric hope.
Jennifer visited Daniel and they continued to argue about the way Jennifer saw Daniel. He stated he was done with her before Maggie arrived, upset over the news that Gabi was involved in Melanie's kidnapping. Daniel assured Maggie that Melanie was strong, and they would talk with her soon. Maggie mentioned Parker's homecoming party, surprising Jennifer. She couldn't believe he kept her in the dark about what was going on, but Daniel implied he couldn't be with a person who didn't believe in his judgments. Jennifer asked for another chance and they wound up in a kiss.
Will found Sonny and Arianna asleep in the living room. Sonny hoped Gabi could sleep in, but then they remembered that Gabi was in prison.
Abigail ran into Ben to cancel their plans, saying she had a huge project to work on, but she would catch up with him later.
Jordan dreamt of being in bed with Rafe but found she was alone when she woke up. Ben called her with the promise of free coffee at the club. She considered going to Rafe's to have a talk with him.
Rafe woke up to the realization that he and Kate had sex. Kate woke up, and they both agreed it was a mistake and no one could find out.
Abigail went to Will and Sonny's place with the intention that they could help get her out of planning Sami and EJ's wedding. Will assumed Sami was the one who wanted her to be involved. She flashed back to having sex with EJ and nodded. Will said they would appreciate the help, and EJ liked her.
Jordan saw her brother at Club TBD and complained about her rough night without Rafe. Kate overheard their conversation, realizing they have a connection. She took a picture of Ben and left. Rafe arrived and Ben tried to talk to him anout Jordan. Rafe said Jordan was better off without him; he couldn't protect her just like he couldn't protect Gabi.
Eric arrived to break up the Sami and Nicole catfight. Nicole lashed out at Sami about she would rather be with EJ than help find his sister who took advantage of her brother. Eric agreed with Nicole and told Sami to leave. He stated she made her choice, and he made his. Sami left the pub quietly, and Eric told Nicole they had nothing left between them.
Kate visited Sonny with a present for Arianna. She mentioned Ben and wondered about his last name. Sonny told her and she went off. Will finished up his essay and complained he wasn't contributing to the family income. Sonny thought of a way to help.
Abby and Jordan discussed Rafe at the town square. Abby noted the spot where Nick collapsed and everyone's lives changed that night. Sami dragged Abby away for wedding preparations.
Kate was on the phone to her contact about using Ben to get dirt on Jordan's past.

Hope was on the phone to Abe about a case when Aiden arrived, announcing "evil is vanquished and justice is served." Howell arrived, tired of Aiden's games which sounded like threats. Aiden informed Howell that if he didn't give up his contract with the Salem Ballroom, he'll unleash all his unpaid parking tickets from Chicago. Howell relented and cancelled his contract, prompting Hope to steal it for the gala. Aiden offered to help Howell, but he left. Hope was thankful to Aiden for getting her to smile.
EJ was talking about the vote at the DiMera mansion and wondered what his father was up to. Abigail tried to get out of helping Sami with the wedding by saying she had to attend JJ's graduation. Sami informed her the wedding was before his graduation, so she could attend both. She really wanted Abigail to be her maid of honor and proceeded to kiss EJ in front of her. Abby freaked out, and Sami apologized, thinking she was upset about Chad. She went to get some food, and EJ tried to calm Abby down. He assured her Sami had no idea they had an affair. Meanwhile, Sami opened a manila envelope from her purse and stared angrily at the photo of EJ and Abby kissing. Plot twist, she's known for awhile.
Marlena ran into JJ at the square and gushed about his good grade on his history exam. He let it slip about Eric and Nicole and hoped they would work through their problems.
Eric and Nicole continued their conversation at the pub as he informed her about the possibility of Bishop White wanting to speak to her. Nicole said she was ready to help, but Eric felt he could never trust her again. Marlena appeared, asking why would he? Nicole stormed off after stating Marlena enjoyed dispensing judgmental remarks. Eric told his mother that Jennifer informed him of Nicole's betrayal and left. Marlena followed.
Jennifer and Daniel continued their kiss, but Daniel pulled away. He was torn between giving her another chance and moving on. He kicked her out of his apartment but not before asking her to leave her key to his place. Daniel believed Jennifer thinks he has no integrity about keeping Nicole's secrets. He asked her to give him some time and she went off.
Nicole returned to her hotel room and read about Gabi's sentence. She called Rafe to offer her support, but Marlena arrived, demanding an explanation for what she did. They went a round with calling each other names. Marlena thought Eric could return to the priesthood without a problem, but Nicole stated the bishop wanted to speak to her. She thought of helping Eric, but not after the way Marlena and Sami behaved towards her. "You will have to settle for being the b**** who unleashed Sami on the world. And Eric can kiss his holy orders goodbye."
Jennifer arrived home upset. JJ followed and heard what happened. He told her she could fix things.
Eric caught up with Hope, who informed him about the gala. He told her there was a possibility he could clear his name, which cheered her up some more.

Eve Barron met with Daniel in his office to discuss her throat surgery. She informed him she lived in Salem once before. Eric overheard at the nurses' station that his mother cancelled all her appointments for the day. Eve was content to learn about the success rate of her surgery and assured the doctor payment wouldn't be a problem. She also was thrilled to learn he was single.
JJ urged Jennifer to find Daniel and work things out at home. They went through her old yearbook and discovered photos of her and Frankie. Jennifer remembered another girl showing an interest in him but stated it was better to leave it in the past.
Nicole and Marlena argued more about her helping Eric as he arrived to break it up. Marlena squealed that Nicole had no intention of helping Eric before she left, but Nicole tried to explain she was angry. Eric said he won't hold his breath and ordered her to take off her engagement ring again. Later on the phone to Bishop White, Nicole planned on never helping Eric prove his innocence.
Kate went to Victor's mansion for champagne, where he also notified her she was fired. "Ding dong the witch is dead." He accused her of passing his business secrets along to Stefano, his direct competition. Kate was outraged that he thought that. She explained he's only doing this out of jealousy, but he kicked her out anyway.
Sami stared at Stefano's portrait and talked about her revenge plot. She followed Harold outside about babbled away about wedding plans. After she sent EJ to the garden house, she thanked Abby for her help with a hug and seethed. Sami remarked she was above temptation when she offered her to taste the different wedding cakes. Kate barged into the mansion looking for Sami. The two caught up with each other and proceeded to throw lemonade and cake at each other. Abby got in the middle and eventually, so did EJ. She promised Stefano would hear about what they've been up to, but Sami shrugged her off. She later told EJ that she lied to one of Victor's men about Kate slipping secrets about a formula for MadWorld. EJ was upset, but Sami apologized. Everyone changed clothes, and Sami dragged Abby home..and away from EJ. Harold was on the phone to Stefano discussing Kate's behavior from before.
Paige and Bev talked at the square about how she knew Cole. Bev recalled Cole's shoplifting, and they seemed to be friendly. Once Paige left, Bev and Cole spoke about their close call. Meanwhile, Eve wandered around the square, taking note of the town square being named for the Horton family.
Paige went to Jennifer to tell her about finishing finals. Jennifered remembered Eve some more, and Victor arrived to discuss Jack's book figures. He also remembered Eve, but not too fondly.
Roman faked a call to Giselle to get under Marlena's skin. She discussed her nasty run-in with Nicole, and he comforted her.
Eric went to Daniel's office for help. JJ waited for Paige to arrive for community service. Paige returned home to see her mother, Eve there. They embraced. Sami and Kate met up at the park and hugged. They discussed their plan going smoothly. Sami stated she will be in touch.

Brady awoke to a message from Theresa about her meeting. She also left him a vial of cocaine.
Theresa bumped into Aiden at the hospital. She was upset at first, but he tried to smooth things over with free tickets to the gala for her and her date. Brady arrived to watch their exchange. He got jealous and confronted Aiden. Theresa said they would be busy the night of the gala, so Aiden left.
Daniel was happy to see Parker and told Victor and Maggie about his break from Jennifer. Victor took Parker to play video games, while Maggie spoke with her son about what happened. After he explained, Maggie crossed her arms and announced Jennifer was wrong about him. He needed perspective as Maggie feared this would lead to a permanent breakup. Once Daniel left, Maggie informed Victor of what happened.
Hope visited Jennifer as they discussed Eve Donovan. They also mentioned Jennifer telling Eric the truth about Nicole keeping Dr. Chyka's documents from him. Hope was stunned as Aiden arrived. He hoped Jennifer and Daniel would come to the gala, but Hope signaled him to stop talking about it. Jennifer told Aiden what happened and he apologized. Hope and Aiden left for a catering meeting.
Paige and Eve reunited at the apartment as Eve gushed about how much Paige has grown. She informed her they'll want for nothing which made Paige worry about financial aid for Stanford. Eve told her that one she has her throat surgery, everything will be fine. She then asked Paige about her boyfriend, but she wouldn't go into too much detail about him. Paige invited Eve to dinner at his house and assured her she would love his family. Eve mentioned her sister, Theresa, telling Paige she would have to deal with her because Shane called her saying she was in town. When Paige left, Eve called Theresa but hung up on her, saying she would need a drink before dealing with her.
JJ confronted Cole at the square about attempting to plant drugs in Paige's purse. Cole Ratted Bev out, and JJ chased her. He caught up with her and left a warning that she crossed a line. He messaged Paige to meet him at home. Aiden invited Hope to the gala as friends to which she accepted.
Brady and Theresa went to the park where he wanted her to define their relationship. He said he wants more from their relationship. She's enamored when he stated he trusts her. She wanted another hit of coke, but he ran out. She left to get more, but he already had his vial from before. Daniel walked through the park with Parker, enjoying the time with his son.
JJ went to Paige's house to find a half-dressed Eve. Paige arrived at JJ's. There was confusion as to whose house to meet at.
