Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas want to start a band

Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas are planning to start a band after recently performing together on Lovato’s Neon Lights tour.

According to Singersroom News, Lovato said that her and Jonas are looking to work on a musical collaboration.

“I did write an amazing song with Nick Jonas and we want to do something with that, but we are not quite sure, so maybe we can do a side project together,” said Lovato. “We may or may not have picked out the band name already. I know he’s working on his new album too, so it might not be for a while, but the two of us… I’m always writing songs and he’s always writing songs.”

Lovato was quoted by Bustle saying, “Nick has been one of my absolute best friends for five, six years of my life now. We’ve grown up together, I was right there when they blew up and it’s been an incredible journey, our friendship.”

With Lovato’s Neon Lights tour in full swing it may be a while before the band can actually come to fruition.
