Eliza Dushku, known for her role as charismatic bad girl Faith in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Rick Fox, a retired NBA player who used to play for the Celtics, have gone their separate ways, with Dushku’s way leading her back to Boston.
Though the cause of the breakup is unclear, in wake of the split Dushku has made plans to move back to Boston. In an interview with The Boston Globe, she stated, “I’d rather be a little physically cold here than emotionally cold in LA. I missed my town and I missed my family.”
The Dollhouse actress has bought a house in Watertown which is close to where she grew up, and by moving back to the city she will be closer to her mother and her brother. While in Boston, Dushku will also be pursuing her education, working towards a bachelors degree as reported by The Improper Bostonian.
Speaking of her life path, Dusku told The Improper Bostonian that,“…I realized that I wasn’t living the life I was meant to. That’s part of why I’ve moved back to Boston and will be starting university in the fall. I’ve been talking about it for 15 years. It’s a whole new trajectory for me that makes me really happy.”
