After Harrison Ford was injured on the set of Star Wars: Episode VII, his wife, actress Calista Flockhart, has flown overseas to be with her husband. Meanwhile, a British tabloid claims that production on the film is ‘chaos.’

Disney announced on Thursday that the actor, who is returning to the Han Solo role he last played over 30 years ago, suffered an ankle injured and rushed to a hospital. No other details were released, but it was reported that the 71-year-old actor was hurt by the Millenium Falcon set door.

As filming continued without Ford, his wife, Ally McBeal actress Flockhart rushed to be with him, reports The Telegraph.

Ford’s reps have also been quiet on his status, as concern grows over his health. He needed to be airlifted to the hospital for tests and the severity of the injury is still unknown. The Health and Safety Executive is also going to investigate the incident to see if the set meets U.K. safety standards.

Meanwhile, the U.K. Mirror is reporting that Disney’s Star Wars plans are in chaos now. “The hope is that before too long Harrison can return and film scenes from the waist up while his ankle heals,” a source told the tabloid. “Until then they can shoot other scenes.”

Episode VII, directed by J.J. Abrams, will hit theaters on Dec. 18, 2015. Ford is joined by his other Original Trilogy co-stars, including Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher. The new cast includes Lupita Nyong’o, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver and John Boyega.
