Nearly three years after their initial separation in July 2011, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are officially divorced. According to USA Today, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge John Sandoz finalized their divorce Monday after two years in court.
The details of the divorce state that the couple will have joint custody of their twins Emme and Max. TMZ reports that JLo will have primary custody of their children and Marc will be allowed to see them seven days per month. TMZ also reports that when Marc has the children their nannies must be present. The couple was also asked to use their “best efforts” to keep the twins away from the paparazzi. Neither party is required to pay or receive child support.
Both JLo and Marc Anthony have been busy since their split. JLo released her tenth studio album A.K.A earlier this summer and recently broke-up with Casper Smart, her boyfriend of two years. Marc Anthony's recent Spanish-language album 3.0 has also been successful.
