After a controversial year containing a DUI, grabbing a woman’s cell phone and egging a neighbor’s home, Justin Bieber makes headlines again this time with a not so funny joke where he throws around the N-word.
The Sun Newspaper in England released a video containing footage of Justin Bieber telling a racist joke,
“Why are black people afraid of chainsaws? Run n-----, n-----, n-----, n-----, n-----.“
The pop star made chainsaw noises to accompany the joke.
According to the The New York Daily News this is not Biebers first time using the N-word. In 2011 he was filming his “Never Say Never” documentary when he let the N-word slip. His representatives tried to buy off the video to keep the footage from leaking. A source told The Sun,
“This video is Justin Bieber and his camp's worst nightmare. Even after the year he's had, when he's never been far from controversy, this tops the lot.”
Bieber recently had to suffer through an online campaign asking the White House to deport him. After many of these incidents Bieber met with Usher, who founded Bieber and has been a mentor to him since, in Panama. Perhaps taking a vacation or time away to regroup from his actions, it is clear Bieber is going to need to prepare himself for the consequences yet to come.
