Frances Bean, the daughter of the late Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, is condemning Lana Del Rey for comments that were printed about her view on death in a recent interview.

Del Rey was quoted in The Guardian as saying, "I wish I was dead already," however she has since stated she was misquoted. "I regret trusting the Guardian," she wrote.

Frances Bean, however, reacted on Twitter due to her “personal experience” with death.

“The death of young musicians isn’t something to romanticise. I’ll never know my father because he died young and it becomes a desirable feat because people like you think it’s ‘cool’. Well, it’s f--king not. Embrace life, because you only get one life,” she reportedly tweeted then deleted, Billboard reports.

She later tweeted, “I'm not attacking anyone. I have no animosity towards Lana, I was just trying to put things in perspective from personal experience.”

Frances’ father famously died of an overdose at the age of 27.
