This week, 14 of the 28 comics will perform to fight for a spot in the Top 10. Amy Schumer and Wanda Sykes are also there to help the comics prepare for their set.

Jimmy Schubert takes the stage first. Wanda and Amy help Jimmy work on his freezing when the clock winds down. Jimmy’s set consisted of a therapy cat on an airplane. The judges praised his set, loving his unusual material. Peters compared Schubert to boxer Mike Tyson.

Mike Vecchione is up next. Wanda and Amy helped Mike build his connection with the audience and focus on his delivery. Wayans told Mike that he missed his swag, but still enjoyed his set. Both Barr and Peters also enjoyed it.

Karlous Miller is next up. He had a very successful set, getting praise from all of the judges.

Tommy Ryman, Chloe Hilliard, Mark Normand and Tracey Ashley took the stage and delivered their sets.

Aida Rodriguez takes the stage next. Wanda notes on Aida’s beauty, telling her to tone it down, but Amy disagrees, telling her to “sell it.” The judges praised her edge and Barr explained that she could possibly win the competition.

Yamaneika Saunders, Mike Gaffney, Deanne Smith and Nick Guerra take the stage. Barr explained to nick that she felt his set was a little lackluster this time around and that she was slightly disappointed.

Monroe Martin is up next. Wanda and Amy praised his funny moments, but tell him he needs to add more animation and movement. Bar praised his better material. Wayans loved it, but thought he needed more energy.

Joe Machi is the last to take the stage. Amy and Wanda praise his humor and set construction, they only criticized his mark on the stage. After a successful set, Barr praised his writing and technique as well as his uniqueness.

After a great night, the five comics who were chosen to move on were:

Monroe Martin
Joe Machi
Karlous Miller
Aida Rodriguez
Jimmy Schubert

Next week, the next set of 14 comics will perform, and five will be chosen to complete the top 10.
