Laura Prepon is reportedly happy about Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher’s baby news. The 34-year-old actress spoke about her former costars while taking a break from filming her hit Netflix show, Orange is the New Black, at the Critics’ Choice Awards last Thursday.

Prepon worked with both Kunis and Kutcher on That 70s Show for eight consecutive seasons from 1998 to 2006. The three actors were relatively new to the industry at the time, starring as typical 1970s teenagers from a small town alongside Topher Grace, Wilmer Valderrama and Danny Masterson.

According to a red carpet interview with Us Weekly, Prepon opened up about the relationship between the former cast mates. “We grew up together, you know?” she said in reference to the special bond that the group developed during their eight seasons filming together. It is because of this special bond that the Orange is the New Black star is not surprised about the romance between Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher. “It makes sense,” she said in an uncharacteristic remark regarding her personal life.

When asked about what she thought of the engaged couple’s baby news, she expressed nothing but kindness. “It’s going to be great,” she quipped. “[It will be] so awesome.”

Kunis, on the other hand, is reveling in her pregnancy and fulfilling relationship with Kutcher. "One day, it just changed. All of a sudden, it wasn't the same. And I was really proud of myself for acknowledging that,” the 30-year-old mom-to-be said about their relationship, which developed through remaining friends years after wrapping That 70s Show. "The best day of my life so far was the proposal. I cried. I was a mess. Not to discredit any relationships in my past, but this relationship is different."

Prepon is currently filming season three of Orange is the New Black, which won a few Critics’ Choice Awards last week.
