The Los Angeles District Attorney announced on Thursday that Justin Bieber won't face felony charges for an incident that happened in May at a batting cage.
According to TMZ, who first learned the news, the Canadian pop star was accused of trying to take a woman's cellphone from her purse after she took a picture of him at Sherman Oaks Castle Park.
They then allegedly fought over the phone and he told her, "You're humiliating yourself in front of your daughter," reports The Star-Ledger.
Bieber was facing a possible felony attempted burglary charge, but police say they spoke with nine witnesses and no one would back up the woman's story.
He could still be slapped with a misdemeanor charge, but TMZ notes that probably won't happen.
While that is one legal problem down, Bieber is still dealing with a potential vandalism charge after his neighbor accused him of egging the man's house. He also has to go to trial in July for a DUI he got in Miami.
