Miley Cyrus has not been able to have much peace lately. Just days after getting a restraining order against a crazed fan, her California home was broken into and jewelry and a car were stolen.

According to the Associated Press, the break-in seems to have been the work of a man and a woman, for whom Los Angeles Police are still searching.

The pair broke into the Cyrus' house Friday night and walked away with an unspecified amount of jewelry and a 2014 Maserati luxury car.

Reports by the New York Daily News state that the singer's assistant arrived home Sunday night around midnight and realized that there were some things out of place.

Cyrus was not at home, since she is still completing the European shows of her Bangerz tour.

There were no signs of forced entry, but the police are reviewing the security footage and will be enlisting the help of fingerprint units to help with clues as to who the responsible parties were.

The May 30 break-in was the second in recent months. Many personal items were stolen when someone broke into Cyrus' house the night before her 21st birthday.
