Naked rugby games may be unheard of in America, but in New Zealand it’s a common thing.
The country held its annual naked rugby match on Sunday at Dunedin University for the first time.
New Zealand’s Nude Blacks went up against the English team, defeating them 24-19, reported New Now Next.
An even more interesting twist on the rugby match was the referee, Julie Woods, who is blind.
According to 3 News, Woods carried special braille cards, and kept the players in check when it was necessary.
The players themselves seemed comfortable in their own skin despite onlookers, including one very well-known person—The Queen.
Despite the display of skin, the Queen said she was “most amused” by the match.
Tourists snapped their cameras while the teams played, as fans cheered on the players, reported the Mirror.
The Nude Blacks have only lost one of their 13 games.
The amateur game took place before the anticipated game against the real England and New Zealand teams.
