Former reality star Olivia Palermo married her fiancé, German model Johannes Huebl, on Sunday while wearing a cashmere sweater and shorts.
According to E! News, the reality star married her beau in a small, intimate ceremony that was kept private. They were married in a park in Bedford, New York. Palermo announced the news on her website.
“We really wanted to keep this beautiful day very private and special to us and enjoyed the whole day with our family and two friends,” she wrote.
A source has reportedly told E! News the couple is planning a larger wedding that will be held next year.
The couple began dating in 2008 and they were engaged at the beginning of this year.
Buzzfeed reported the bride wore a three-piece outfit that was designed by Carolina Herrera.
The cashmere sweater and shorts were capped off with a tulle skirt made of satin and silk, which was sheer and showed off the star’s legs. She also wore blue Manolo Blahnik heels to finish off her casual bridal look.
Herrerra posted a photo of Palermo in her outfit on her Instagram page, with the caption “Congratulations Mrs. Huebl or @therealoliviap & @johanneshuebl #carolinaherrera #bridalstyle by separates. CHic!”
