Indio Downey, the 20-year-old son of actor Robert Downey Jr., was arrested Sunday afternoon in West Hollywood on drug charges. He was allegedly in possession of cocaine.

Sources for TMZ, which first reported the news, said that police pulled up to a car around 2 p.m. Saturday when they spotted a passenger - allegedly Indio - smoking something from a pipe. Sheriff’s Deputies pulled the car over and arrested the passenger. They also allegedly found cocaine.

According to People, Indio was charged with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. He was booked and taken to jail, where he posted $10,000 in bail. He was released just after midnight Monday morning.

Indio’s mother is actress/singer Deborah Falconer. He did appear in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, which starred his father.

Downey Jr. struggled with drug addiction himself and spent time in jail. He also went to rehab and did a court-mandated treatment program in 2002. The actor has since cleaned himself up and become one of the most recognizable faces in Hollywood, thanks to the Iron Man and Avengers films.
