Retired NBA player and “Inside the NBA” analyst Shaquille O’Neal sold his 3,904 foot Orlando mansion for just $10 to businessman Yves Paul Demesmin.

According to Realty Today the former NBA star is quite the entrepreneur, even owning his own company Shaq Inc. which is worth 350 million dollars. He claims to take his business investments very seriously and enjoys partnering with businesses to become a part of the company.
TMZ was the first to report the story and find out who the mysterious Yves Paul Demesmin was. Demesmin’s online profile describes him as a Haitian businessman who owns a tax service business in Orlando, but according to TMZ the profile looks “foggy”.
Shaq originally purchased the home in 2012 for $235,000 and it was only minutes away from his 70,000 square foot mansion featured on MTV’s Cribs. The $235,000 mansion may not have been his most extravagant mansion, but it has everyone wondering why Shaq allowed Demesmin to take the house for only $10.
