Country music star Toby Keith’s bar in Syracuse, New York needs to start paying taxes, because New York state finally wants the bar to pay up.

Toby Keith's I Love this Bar & Grill at the destiny USA shopping mall in Syracuse is facing a new tax warrant from the state, which is looking for over $107,000 in unpaid taxes. According to Syracuse.com, the taxes are due from the fourth quarter of 2013 profits.

The restaurant also failed to pay up over $145,000 in sales taxes from the second and third quarters of 2013. They have paid some of that back, but the overall total Toby Keith’s owes the government is up to $250,000.

While it has been rumored that the location may be shutting down, its website shows several more events scheduled, including concerts. The location only opened last year after an expansion to Destiny USA was built in 2012. It takes up a 20,000 square feet space.

According to the Associated Press, the chain is based in Phoenix and has 16 locations across the country. It is named after a Keith hit and features guitar-shaped bars and southern food. Five more locations are being planned.
