Travel Channel star Adam Richman, who hosts the show Man v. Food, has posed nude for the cover of Cosmopolitan after losing 70 pounds.
A nearly unrecognizable Richman is seen lying naked with just soccer cleats, socks and a soccer ball covering his private parts.
"To go from hating the way I looked to being a Cosmo centerfold is a profound honor," he said in the July issue, according to Us Weekly.
Richman wrote about his struggle with his weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle while hosting the show in an essay for Men’s Health in December 2013, sharing that working with a nutritionist and playing soccer really helped.
"Do I miss the food? Sure…but not as much as I enjoy the benefits of being at a healthy weight,” he wrote at the time.
“I was logging 15-hour days, sampling food every minute. I had access to these amazing dishes, and it was easy to lose sight of how quickly the bites added up,” he also explained.
