American Ninja Warrior improved in the ratings on Monday night after slipping last week, while 24: Live Another Day held steady.
NBC took the top spot on the night, averaging a 1.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 4.82 million viewers. The network began with an encore of Last Comic Standing, which took in a 1.0 rating, HitFix reports. ANW improved after falling slightly last week, to top the night with a 1.8 demo rating.
Fox was right behind with a 1.5 rating in the demo, but had the strongest overall audience on the evening with 5.32 million viewers. MasterChef was even on the night with a 1.7 rating and 24 followed with a 1.4 in the demo.
With a 1.3 rating in the 18-49 demo and 5.14 million viewers, ABC took third place, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The Bachelorette struggled and dipped to a 1.5 rating, while Mistresses managed to hold steady at a 1.0 demo rating.
Behind encores and a recap special of summer series Under the Dome, CBS averaged a 0.9 rating in the demo and 4.73 million viewers. The recap episode of the Stephen King drama pulled in a 0.8 rating.
The CW was even with last Monday with a 0.4 rating and 1.2 million viewers. Whose Line Is It Anyway averaged a 0.6 in the demo and Beauty and the Beast followed with a 0.3 demo rating.
