Lawyers working on the behalf of Adele’s son Angelo Adkins brought a privacy case against photo agency Corbis Images UK Limited, and won a five-figure sum in damages for pictures taken of the child.

Adele and her partner Simon Konecki brought the case against Corbis Images UK Limited on behalf of their son due to pictures taken in the June and November of 2013 as reported by BBC News. The photo agency has not only agreed to pay for damages for the pictures and legal costs, but have also agreed to not use the photos again.

Ms. Jenny Afia, Adele’s solicitor, spoke to the High Court in London about the matter, stating according to BBC News that, "It is a matter of profound sadness that many of his milestone moments, such as his first family outing and his first trip to playgroup, were photographed and published worldwide expressly against his family's wishes."According to Ms. Afia, Angelo’s parents will be keeping the damages in a trust for their son.

Meanwhile, Adele fans everywhere eagerly await news of Adele’s third album after the smash hit of her album “21.” Despite rumors of a new album allegedly called “25,”according to TheCelebrityCafe.com any reports of a world tour and album being released in 2015 are false.
