Adele’s young son, Angelo, with boyfriend Simon Konecki has won the paparazzi case his parents filed after private moments were photographed and sold without their consent.

Jenny Afia, the “Rolling in the Deep” singer’s attorney, said the five figure settlement they won against Corbis Images UK Limited is a result of the family’s desire to keep Angelo out of the public eye at any cost.

"It is a matter of profound sadness that many of his milestone moments, such as his first family outing and his first trip to playgroup, were photographed and published worldwide expressly against his family's wishes,” said Afia, CBS News reports.

Afia also told London’s High Court the family will not hesitate to take “legal action where necessary” if this happens again.

BBC News reports she also noted, "these images were of routine, everyday family occasions which the paparazzi has no right to intrude upon, profit from and file away in picture libraries for future reference and use.”

Adele gave birth to Angelo in October 2012. In May she teased her next album, likely named 25, later this year.
