When Beyoncé hits the stage, you know you are in for a show. No matter if it’s just her and a mic, or her with a hundred dancers performing with an extravagant set, one thing is for sure and it is that Beyoncé will always deliver. Vocally she is untouchable and dancing-wise she is top-notch; fuse them together you have just WOW!
Over the years the “Pretty Hurts” singer has graced all types of stages including The Grammys, The Bet Awards, The Video Music Awards, The Oscars, The View, The Oprah Winfrey Show and more. Always promoted as one of the top performers on the bill, Beyoncé is used to performing on award show stage than picking up a trophy for one of her megahits.
“Single Ladies,” “Crazy in Love” and “Halo” are a few of her most popular songs and are the hits that she has performed the most, but she serves up equally-amazing performances of her lesser known songs. She has sung everything from “The Star Spangled Banner” for the entire country to “1+1” for about 8 people in her dressing room at American Idol. Beyoncé never half-ass anything.
Here is the singers top 10 performances ever.

10. “Crazy in love” featuring Jay Z- BET Awards 2003
This was Beyoncé first big performance as a solo artist and she nailed it. Although watching it today you can see how far she has come as a performer, she still was way ahead of a lot of her contemporaries at the time. The big BEYONCE light behind her gave this performance an extra boss. This performance was later overshadowed by Oscar winner Monique’s parody of the song a year later.

9. “Baby Boy/Crazy in Love” featuring Jay Z- Video Music Awards 2003
SHE CAME TO THE STAGE FROM THE CEILING HANGING UPSIDE DOWN! That is all.

8. “Love on Top” featuring Blue Ivy- Video Music Awards 2011
Beyoncé gave a thrilling performance at the VMA’s in 2011. She was glowing from head to toe (obviously because she was pregnant) and her performance was equally glowing. The presentation was perfect all across the board. From the shiny costumes to the elaborate white set to her voice to the crowd’s reaction (ADELE!), nothing about this performance sucked. At the end she unbuttoned her jacket and everyone went crazy. The only thing better than her rubbing her belly, was that mic drop. BOSS!

7. “Ring The Alarm”-Video Music Awards 2006
Beyoncé has only recently started to perform this song again as part of her setlist for the On The Run Tour. Why did it take so long? Not sure. At the 2006 Video Music Awards, she blazed the stage with a tough and aggressive performance of the minor hit. Sasha Fierce was all over the stage that night!

6. “Dangerously in Love”- Grammy Awards 2004
The live painting idea was brilliantly done. Beyoncé was so graceful as she belted out the vocal-challenging song. When Beyoncé kept going at the end, it should have been annoying, but instead it was spectacular because she sounded like a goddess. If you don’t get goose bumps while watching this performance, you might be a robot.

5. “Halo” - Children’s Hospital in Singapore, China
Okay this isn’t your typical “performance” and that’s what makes this performance amazing. If anyone ever doubted her singing abilities, then this shall clear their doubts. Her voice was so raw, and powerful and there was no mic, no backtrack, no nothing! It was just her Beyoncé and her talent. She sounded so humbly as she hit every note (and even some extra ones) of the song.

4. “Deja Vu” featuring Jay Z- Bet Awards 2006
Bey was feeling this song from start to finish and you can tell. This was one of her most polished performances at the time. The stage was glossy and huge and Bey worked every single corner of it. She didn’t even have back up dancer and she had her all-female band supply live instruments that suited the singers voice perfectly.

3. “Sweet Dreams/Single Ladies” - Video Music Awards 2009
The same night Kanye snatched the mic from Taylor Swift, Lil Mama jumped on stage with Jay Z and Janet Jackson gave an electrifying tribute to Michael Jackson, was the same night Beyoncé lit up the stage and had everyone standing on their feet and singing alone with her. She looked like a true icon as she dazzled on what was already a memorable VMA. She brought in a hundred female dancers for “Single Ladies”, the same song that won her the night’s top prize.

2. “Run The World”- Billboard Music Awards 2011
It’s hard enough that she has to give amazing vocals while dancing her ass off, but she took it to another level when she incorporated that interactive backdrop into the mix. This performance was special because she was being honored with the Artist of the Millennium Award-and after this performance she silenced every single doubter. Her best performance until…………………………

1. 2013 Super Bowl Half-Time Performance
It was lights out. Literally. Beyoncé shut the Superdome down with her medley of “Love on Top,” “Crazy in Love,” ”End of Time,” “Baby Boy,” “Single Ladies” and “Halo.” Her not-so-secret medley of “Bootylicious,” “Independent Women,” and “Single Ladies” with Destiny‘s Child (who also killed it) made this even that more memorable. Beyoncé instantly tore the stage up with her powerful acapella version of “Love on Top” to her stunning ending of “Halo.” 13- Minutes of non-stop entertaining. Only Beyoncé!
