Cameron Diaz has been talking about sex a lot lately, possibly because of the title of her new movie, Sex Tape. In one interview this year, she even said that she has been sexually attracted to women, which apparently means that she had a sexual relationship with Drew Barrymore. She has now put that rumor to rest.
In a new interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Diaz responded to these bizarre rumors that she and Barrymore are more than just best friends.
When she head of the rumors, “Literally I said, ‘That makes me want to vomit in my mouth.’ That’s like saying I am having sex with my sister.”
She continued, “Are you crazy? I wouldn’t even menage with her!”
The rumors were sparked by a Glamour UK interview in March, where she openly discussed her sexuality.
“I think that all women have been sexually attracted to another woman at some point. It’s natural to have a connectivity and an appreciation for the beauty of other women,” she said at the time.
There was also a 2010 Playboy interview, in which she said, “If I’m going to be with a woman sexually, it doesn’t mean I’m a lesbian.”
Diaz reunited with her Bad Teacher co-star Jason Segel and director Jake Kasdan for Sex Tape, which opens on July 18. The Harper’s Bazaar interview will be out on July 22.
