David Cassidy has found himself in even more trouble. The Rensselaer County, New York District Attorney's Office has decided to withdraw a plea deal after it was discovered that the former Partridge Family star went to a nearby race track.

According to The Albany Times-Union, Cassidy had agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor by mail on Wednesday, so he wouldn’t have to travel to the state. However, once the DA figured out that he was at the Saratoga Race Course Sunday, the offer was withdrawn.

“If he can travel here to have fun in Saratoga, he can travel here to go to court," Rensselaer County First Assistant District Attorney Carmelo Laquidara told the Times-Union. “Everyone else has to.”

Laquidara admitted that he found out that Cassidy had traveled to the race track from the press. Then, the New York Racing Association posted a picture of Cassidy at the track on Twitter Wednesday.

There is now no plea deal set and Town Justice Bruce J. Wagner has delayed sentencing until Sept. 3.

Cassidy was arrested in the area back on Aug. 21, 2013 for DWI. The former teen idol was also arrested for DUI in 2010 and again just in January. His wife also filed for divorce in February.
