Derrick Rose has officially returned to the basketball court to practice with team USA. It has been well documented Rose has struggled with injuries the past couple of years.
Last season he missed 72 games, and during the 2012-2013 season he missed the entire NBA season. Rose has taken some heat from the people in Chicago because they have said he is taking to long to return, proven by ESPN.
The kid from Chicago is not worried about what people are saying. He is confident in his own abilities and is ready to show what he has to offer.
In a documented statement, Rose said, “Now my confidence is crazy. I know how hard I worked, and I believe I'm one of the hardest workers in the league."
USA head coach Mike Krzyzewski is impress with what Rose has done so far. He says the Chicago Bulls’ point guard looks better than ever.
"I was ecstatic about watching him today," Krzyzewski said. "He's better than four years ago.

For his career, the 2011 MVP is averaging 15.9 points per game, 3.2 rebounds, and 4.2 assists, according to NBA.com.
