It's been an exciting World Cup in Brazil. If you want to keep enjoying the flavor of this South American country, visit Fogo de Chao.

Fogo de Chao is a beautifully decorated restaurant featuring authentic gauchos and an extensive salad bar with everything from mango shrimp to caprese salads.

The service at Fogo de Chao was impeccable. We were given a card with a green side and red side. Put the green side up and the gauchos will offer you meat; put the red side up and the waiters won't disturb you. It's a simple yet effective system.

The meats were amazing, and if there's a particular one you like just let the server know. Dinner included unlimited fried polenta, plantains, garlic mashed potatoes, and scrumptious rolls. For drinks, get the ginger ale imported from Brazil. It's fantastic!

You won't leave Fogo de Chao hungry, and yet this Manhattan restaurant is extremely affordable.

Fogo de Chao is located in major cities across the United States. In New York it's at 40 West 53rd Street.
