Stacey Dash isn’t very happy with what rapper Kanye West had to say in a recent rant, particularly his use of the word “rape.” The former Clueless star thinks he needs to walk a mile in a rape victim’s shoes before he talks about the horrific circumstances some have been forced into.

Dash, who joined Fox News as a contributor in March, commented on West’s comments comparing the paparazzi constantly following his family to rape at London's Wireless Festival.

"For Kanye to say 'rape,' maybe he needs to spend some time on Rikers Island," she said on Tuesday, Daily News reports. "Go to Rikers for a little while and then he'll know what rape is."

He said during his rant, “Everybody here, they like sex right? Sex is great when you and your partner are like, ‘Hey, this is what we both want to do.’ But if one of those people don't want to do that, what is that called? That's called rape. That is called violation. So if I walk around and say, ‘Look, sir, I'm not feeling so good today, I need some space, can you please not f--k with me today?' I need cut-off space, not violation.'"

However, Dash thinks West and other celebrities who have echoed similar sentiments don’t understand the paparazzi are just “doing their job.”

Dash has retweeted both positive and negative message she's received on Twitter since her remarks, such as "Wanna see what expiring fertility & thirst to stay relevant looks like? Go check out @REALStaceyDash" and "BRAVO STACEY!! You are my new #hero:-)."
