Hillary Clinton’s Hard Choices media tour may have died down from the fever pitch it reached when the book came out last week, but she is still booking high-profile interviews. The latest will be an appearance on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
Comedy Central announced today that the former Secretary of State and former First Lady will appear on the hit Comedy Central show on Tuesday at 11 p.m.
This will only be her third appearance on the show and first since March 4, 2008, when she was running for president. She made her first appearance on the show on Oct. 9, 2003, while still a U.S. Senator representing New York.
The network did not announce exactly what topics Clinton will cover, but she will likely find some way to work in the words “hard choices,” if stewart lets her. She has been using the phrase constantly during her book tour, which has included stops at NBC News, ABC News, CBS News, Fox News and CNN. It has all worked so far, with the book selling 100,000 copies in its first week.
Hard Choices covers Clinton’s four years as President Barack Obama’s Secretary of State. She does not announce plans to run for president in 2016 in the book, but many are expecting her to.
