Manny Perez, known for his roles on Homeland and Rescue Me, married his finance, Yumilka Valerio, in the Dominican Republic during a private ceremony with only family and friends.

In a statement published by People, the actor said that his wedding was, "the happiest and most blessed moment in our lives."
The duo exchanged vows while the sun was setting on a beach near the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort in Puerto Plata. Raffaele Pitrella had double duty as he designed both the wedding gown that Valerio wore and Perez's custom made suit that was cream-colored.
Valerio's dress had cap sleeves and she wore an extravagant veil that had custom and one of a kind embroidery detailing.
The Miami Herald added that Valerio is a businesswoman and that the couple has been dating over a year and this is the first marriage for both.
They are currently enjoying their honeymoon in the Caribbean.
Perez is working on a few upcoming films that are set to be released later this year and in 2015.
