Stars of the schlocky B-fest Sharknado series Ian Ziering and Tara Reid both have enjoyed their time working on the films and could see many more in the future, provided they aren't killed on-screen first.
"I see about 20 more installments in our future," Zeiring said, while speaking with the Los Angeles Times on Monday. "I'm going to keep doing this until I get eaten."
Zeiring has been happy with fan reaction to the two-film series. "It really showed the line between A and B movie gets blurred when the fan appreciation out-distances anything that the major studios have brought to market last year."
Reid has also enjoyed working on the film, knowing she wasn't signing on for anything Oscar-worthy, just simple campy fun. "I mean, there's a tornado of sharks."
The first trailer for the TV horror movie hit the Internet last week, showing sharks wreaking havoc now in New York City.
Ziering and Reid reprise their starring roles, with Vivica A. Fox, Andy Dick and Kelly Osbourne coming on board for the sequel, as well as a whole mess of cameos.
Sharknado 2 is set to air on Syfy July 31.
