Are things going south for Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi? Rumors about the popular couple have been surfacing for close to a year now and with their sixth wedding anniversary coming up next month, it is time to clear the air.
The Spread It reports that DeGeneres gave de Rossi an ultimatum demanding she go to rehab for help or face the consequences such as a potential divorce. While she did go to rehab for different reasons, this is not her first time over the years. Rumors concerning why these issues continue to reemerge are endless due to DeGeneres’s busy work schedule and marital problems but no confirmed cause has been reported.
A source told People, "They've had their ups and downs. Portia has been very outspoken about previous issues, like her eating disorder, and she's good at seeking help when she needs to. They've worked out difficulties in the past, and no doubt they're trying to work out any problems right now.”
No matter what is going on between the two, friends say they would not be surprised if the couple chose to spend their anniversary renewing their vows.
