Guard Lance Stephenson is not ready to commit to the Indiana Pacers just yet. After being offered a five year, $44 million contract, both Stephenson’s camp and the Pacers have not agreed on a set deal.

According to the Indianapolis Star, Stephenson’s agent Alberto Ebanks discussed how Stephenson is not on teams' radar yet because top players are available such as LeBron James.

"If we're talking about a deal with the Pacers, I don't know if any of the dominoes have to fall. [But] if we were talking about some of the other teams, I would think that those teams are looking to explore the very, very top tier LeBron James and company … so I would think that yes," Ebanks said.

Despite many NBA teams going after Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, and LeBron James, the Dallas Mavericks have shown an interest in the guard with versatile talent from Brooklyn, New York, reports ESPN. Also, the Los Angeles Lakers are considering bringing Stephenson to the city of angels.

Despite his four year career having ups and downs when it comes to consistency, Stephenson led the league in triple-doubles last year recording five of them. Stephenson believes that in the years to come he will be an all-star caliber player, which is why he feels he should be receiving a better contract offer from Indiana. There is a lot of time left in free agency negotiations between the Pacers and Stephenson’s representation.
