Miley Cyrus paid tribute to her dog Floyd, who passed away a few months ago, by getting a memorial tattoo this Saturday.
Cyrus has collected quite a few tattoos over the years, though this one seems like it will hold a special place in her heart. The 21-year-old singer has reportedly been struggling with the recent death of her husky named Floyd since early April. The actress-turned-pop-star expressed her grief over Twitter with a series of sad tweets, reaching out to her fans for support.
“Today is the 2nd worst day of my life,” read one update. “I don't wanna say it because I don't want it to be real... But my precious baby Floyd has passed away. I am broken.”
Cyrus has since welcomed a new puppy to the family, though she most recently made her love for Floyd permanent with a sizeable tattoo on her left side. According to GossipCop, friend and fellow musician Wayne Coyne designed the tattoo for her. The image features a drawing of a husky puppy surrounded by the words “With a little help from my fwends.”

Coyne and a handful of other friends have joined Miley in remembering her late pup, as they also got the same tattoos. In typical Miley fashion, the “Bangerz” singer posted a handful of images on Instagram to document the event and get feedback from her fans.
