Recent photos of Kardashian show him covering up his mouth, but he quickly showed his teeth in a scene with his family on their hit reality show, reports E! Online. His sister Khloe used Invisalign to straighten her teeth when she was 28.
Lately, Kardashian has been struggling with his weight and been spending most of his time out of the spotlight working with trainers to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
However, despite his efforts to get in shape, Kardashian's self-esteem still seems to be at an all-time low. Not only did he not attend big sister Kim's grand Italian wedding to Kanye West in May, but he also skipped out on the Kardashian's family vacation to Thailand.
On KUWTK, Khloe moved in with her brother and has been his main support system. Although she thought she convinced Kardashian to come with the rest of the family to Thailand, at the last minute he went MIA and didn't show up for the flight, according to Hollywood Life.
