This offseason has been a product of several big name free-agents throughout the NBA. Names among the available talent were LeBron James, Chris Bosh, Pau Gasol, Carmelo Anthony, Dwayne Wade, Luol Deng, Kyle Lowry and Chandler Parsons. With all of them now signed, along with one of the deepest NBA drafts in history, the NBA power rankings have shaken up a lot.
