Terry Crews, or Terrence Alan Crews, was born on July 30, 1968. With his birthday so near, it seemed necessary to compile the ten best characters of his acting career.
A native of Flint, Michigan, Crews attended Western Michigan University on the grounds of an Art Excellence Scholarship. He was also awarded a full-ride to play football. All-Conference defensive end, Crews was a major part of winning the 1988 MAC championship. All his hard work and success came full circle when he was drafted in the 2001 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams.
After six seasons in the NFL and being bounced around between multiple teams, Crews retired in 1997 and moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. Today he is a well-known actor with a number of films coming out in the near future including the third installment of The Expendables franchise.
