A warrant was issued on Wednesday July 30th for the arrest of actor/dancer Columbus Short. This is just one knot in a string of personal woes for the former Scandal star.
The Toronto Sun reports that the warrant was issued after Short neglected to attend a hearing for his domestic violence case against his estranged wife. The Sun also reports that Short missed another court day for another charge the day before.
As we previously reported , the star was arrested earlier this month for public intoxication after he got into a heat argument over unpaid drinks. Short has also been arrested on battery charges after he knocked a man unconscious during a bar brawl. He also has had a restraining order put against him from his wife who claims Short tried to kill her.
On the season finale of Scandal it appeared as if Short’s character, Harrison, was killed off, but it wasn’t shown. However, the creator, Shonda Rhimes recently revealed that “What you think happened to his character happened to his character,” which is code for her got the AXE!
