Equals actors Kristen Stewart and Nicholas Hoult have taken advantage of some downtime on set in Japan to complete the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

As previously reported by TheCelebrityCafe.com, Anne Hathaway recently nominated acting pal Kristen Stewart after posting the challenge on her new Instagram account. Hathaway and Stewart costarred in a music video for Jenny Lewis’ new single, “Just One of the Guys,” which was released earlier this summer.

If you’re not quite sure what the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is, it’s a fun social media campaign making an international impact in the fight against ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s Disease. Participants have 24 hours to dump ice water over their heads or donate $100 to the ALSA, though most people choose to do both. The organization has raised over $70 million in donations thanks to the Ice Bucket Challenge.

Kristen Stewart and Nicholas Hoult are currently filming a dystopian romance titled Equals in Japan, so they chose to complete the challenge together alongside buddy Scott Fahrendorf. The group dunked their heads in their buckets before pouring the water over themselves after Stewart deemed the act “a real f-----g challenge.” They collectively nominated Joe Dempsie, Craig Roberts, Colin Firth, Jacki Weaver, Brie Larson, Jenny Lewis and Max Thieriot.
