Canadian singer Avril Lavigne recently showed off the 17-karat anniversary ring she received from her husband and Nickelback singer and guitarist, Chad Kroeger.
Although Lavigne has since deleted the tweet, Yahoo! Celebrity provided a transcription.

According to Yahoo! Celebrity, Lavigne’s anniversary ring is even larger than her engagement ring which she received in August 2012, which was a 14-karat platinum ring with a pear-shaped diamond.
According to ABC News, The two were then married on July 1st, 2013 in Chateau de Napoule, a medieval castle near Cannes in Southern France, with Lavigne wearing a black Monique Lhuillier gown. The party, Yahoo! notes, went on so long that the actual cake cutting did not occur until 3:30 a.m., but only featured a small group of friends and family, rather than celebrities.
As ABC News notes, this is Kroger's first marriage and Lavigne's second marriage, since she was married to Deryck Whibley of Sum 41 from 2006 to 2009. Lavigne, as we noted, recently voiced her support of Whibely's recovery from alcoholism, calling him family.
The picture of the ring, although deleted from Lavigne's twitter feed, can be seen on US Weekly.
