Celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey, Kerry Washington, and Ben Stiller have been getting wet and wild all for the good cause of the Ice Bucket Challenge.
The Ice Bucket Challenge is a campaign going around social media in order to raise money and awareness for ALS, according to the ALS Association.
The challenge is simple: if challenged one must donate $100 to The ALS Association or dump a bucket of ice water on themselves, or do both.
According to the Daily News the cause has already raised $10 million for the campaign.
Oprah Winfrey is the latest celebrity to get iced on social media. Winfrey took to her Instagram to post a video of getting ice water dumped on her.
Singer Justin Timberlake posted a YouTube video of himself and The Tennessee Kids taking the challenge.
Scandal star/new mom Kerry Washington accepted the challenge from her boss and was the only Scandal actor to take the challenge in order not to give any spoilers of what characters are shooting the show.
Comedian Ben Stiller and his wife Christine Taylor took the challenge together and posted the video on YouTube.
Country star and American Idol judge Keith Urban took the challenge from fellow country singer Dustin Lynch and posted the video on YouTube.
The Voice host Carson Daly took the challenge with judges from the show Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. Daly challenged Nick Lachey, Joey Fatone, and Kevin Richardson to do the Ice Bucket Challenge next.
Other celebrities that participated are Conan O’Brien, Andy Cohen, Eric Stonestreet, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Emmy ROssum, Matt Lauer, Hoda Kotb, Elizabeth Banks, Ansel Elgort, Lily Aldridge, and Ingrid Michaelson.
