Actors Andy Samberg and Edward Norton are celebrating their birthdays today.

Actor, stand-up comedian and writer Andy Samberg turns 36 today. In September 2005, Samberg joined Saturday Night Live as a featured player. "Dick in a Box," Samberg's duet with Justin Timberlake won a Creative Arts Emmy for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics. His comedy troupe, The Lonely Island, with friends Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone, have collaborated with numerous artists including T-Pain in "I'm on a Boat" and Lady Gaga and Justin Timberlake in "3-Way (The Golden Rule)."

Samberg also appeared in numerous feature films including Hot Rod, I Love You, Man, What's Your Number?, That's My Boy, Hotel Transylvania and Grown Ups 2. Samberg also made television appearances in Parks and Recreation, Portlandia, Adventure Time and Spongebob Squarepants.

Samberg married musician Joanna Newsom in September 2013. He currently stars the Emmy award winning FOX comedy series, Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Samberg also won an Emmy for Best Actor – Television Series Musical or Comedy for his role. Season 2 is scheduled to premier September 28, 2014.

Edward Norton, 45

Actor, screenwriter, film director and producer Edward Norton turns 45 today. Norton first came to prominence for his debut film role in the drama Primal Fear, earning him a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. He went on to earn a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actor, which he was awarded for his lead role in American History X.

His other performances include supporting roles in the biographical drama The People vs. Larry Flynt, Everyone Says I Love You, Moonrise Kingdom and The Grand Budapest Hotel, and starring roles in Fight Club, 25th Hour, The Illusionist, Leaves of Grass, The Italian Job and Kingdom of Heaven.

Norton has also directed and co-written films. He made his directorial debut with the romantic comedy Keeping the Faith. He has also performed work on the scripts for The Score, Frida, and The Incredible Hulk.

After six years of dating, Norton became engaged to Canadian film producer Shauna Robertson in 2011, and they married in 2012.[52] They have one son, born in March 2013.
