Emma Stone might be heading to Broadway as she is currently in talks to play the role of Sally Bowles in Cabaret on Broadway.
Stone, who most recently starred alongside Colin Firth in Woody Allen's Magic in the Moonlight, would take over for Michelle Williams, who is currently playing Bowles until Nov. 9, The New York Times reports.
The Cabaret revival, put together by the Roundabout Theater Company, is currently set to run through Jan. 4. Others starring in the Broadway show include Alan Cummings, Linda Emond and Danny Burstein. They will remain with the show.
According to TheWrap, Stone was in talks back in April 2013 for the same role, which would be her Broadway debut. Unfortunately it fell apart due to scheduling issues and Williams stepped into the role instead.
When she was younger, the Amazing Spider-Man star did perform in the Phoenix, Arizona children's company, the Valley Youth Theater.
