Boston; rich in culture and history as well as excellent spots to eat.
Looking for a beautiful waterfront setting with a stunning view of the harbor and amazingly yummy North End Italian cuisine? Then look no further than Aragosta Bar + Bistro. Located on Boston’s “Harbor Walk” on the North End, Aragosta Terrace is the new place on the block for Italian waterfront dining. The “Terrace” provides gorgeous al fresco dining with fire pit options at dusk. Our Family enjoyed the Lobster Bake in which one pound lobsters, little neck clams, corn on the cob, chorizo, and roasted potatoes are served over a warm and inviting aragosta fire pit. A delicious sausage and broccoli flatbread was the perfect meal companion. My children absolutely adored the s’mores dessert; Hershey’s chocolate bars, marshmallows, Reese’s peanut butter cups, sliced bananas and graham crackers all cooked to perfection by us over our personal fire pit. This was a beautiful dinner on a beautiful terrace on a beautiful night in Boston. Aragosta Terrace is located at Three Battery Wharf at Fairmont Battery Wharf. For more information please visit www.aragostabistro.com or call 617-994-9001. Reservations are recommended for terrace dining and the fire pits.

Quincy Market to me, is the heart of Boston and where you can grab pretty much any kind of food your hear desires. For dinner, during my stay my family visited Ned Devine’s Irish Pub located in the famous Faneuil Hall. Ned Devine’s features both indoor and outdoor seating and is the perfect spot for pub fair as well as after-hours fun. Please don’t leave Ned Devine’s without sampling their corned beef and cabbage spring rolls they are simply to die for. The Lobster Mac and Cheese is also definitely worth trying! Great music, great food, super friendly Waite staff and a comfortable atmosphere – what more could you want! Please check out Ned Devine’s (1 Faneuil Hall, Quincy Marketplace) or call 617-248-8800. They are open daily 11:30 am – 2 am. Please visit www.neddevinesboston.com for more information, menus as well as for an upcoming schedule of live events or to plan your own event (they had a wedding there the week prior to my visit!)
If you are a sports / entertainment fan on your way to or from an event at Boston's TD Garden you may want to stop by The HARP for dinner and drinks. Located at 85 Causeway Street, this sports bar is perfectly placed across the street from Boston’s bustling TD Garden (home to the Bruins as well as the Celtics) and has been providing food and entertainment for 20 years. Our server Lisa was a delight; suggesting we try the nachos (which we did and loved) as well as suggested a few burgers for us to try (make sure you visit and order both the Steakhouse Burger and the Bacon and Guacamole Burger – both were yummy!). Harp Manager, Buddy, told us that restaurant owner Austin O’Connor also owns both Anthem and Ned Devine’s. Harp provides live music and a nightclub atmosphere on weekends and can be the hottest ticket in town during a local game. Please visit this charming pub on your next visit to Boston!
