Joe Budden, a rapper and reality television star wanted by the New York Police Department for allegedly beating up his girlfriend, has decided to live-tweet his time avoiding the law. He has taken to Twitter to taunt police.

Police posted on Twitter that they were looking after the “Pump It Up” rapper. According to the New York Daily News, the NYPD claims that Budden drove up to a restaurant in Washington Heights last Sunday. He grabbed his former girlfriend and pulled her into his car. Then, he allegedly took her to his home in New Jersey, where he continued to beat her.

Eventually, the victim got away and spoke with police.

Now that he knows police are searching for him, Budden has decided to make fun of them on Twitter. “I’m gonna sue the living s**t out u gentlemen,” Budden wrote. He also wanted some press, so he made sure that tweet was directed at the Daily News.

“Manhunt…. Suck my d**k, lol,” he wrote in another message. He then told the Daily News to let police know that he’s going to an Astoria strip club. “Glad to see our tax payer dollars being put to good use ! Lol,” he added.

Just this morning, he wrote, “#OnTheRunTour Day2.”

The former Def Jam artist’s attorney, Nima Ameri, told the Daily News that Budden is cooperating with police, despite what his Twitter page says. “Mr. Budden asks for patience as the evidence and facts unfold to demonstrate the truth of his involvement and the real events that transpired on the night in question,” Ameri said.

We wonder how much patience the police will have after reading his tweets.
