Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina Brown's husband, was arrested for driving under the influence after crashing his car early Thursday morning.
Gordon crashed his BMW in Roswell, Georgia after losing control and striking a curb, which resulted in the car flipping upside down and traveling another 200 feet, TMZ reports.
Police did not give him a breathalyzer test at the scene, but are trying to get a warrant for a blood test.
Both he and his passenger, Mason Whitaker, were fine after the single-car crash and neither needed any treatment, according to E! News.
In addition to the DUI, Gordon, who married Bobbi Kristina in 2013, was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain lane.
ABC News reports that the 25-year-old was previously arrested two years ago after he was pulled over for reckless driving and speeding.
Gordon and Brown, who is the daughter of the late Whitney Houston, got engaged that same year. He was her childhood friend.
