Paris Hilton’s sister, Nicky Hilon, is engaged to banking heir James Rothschild. The couple got engaged in Lake Como, Italy this past weekend.
The couple started dating back in 2011 after they were introduced at Petra Ecclestone and James Stunt's wedding in Italy.
"Last month, he actually flew from England (where he is based) to the States to ask her parents for her hand in marriage!" a source told Us Weekly.
The insider added Rothschild popped the question during an “anniversary trip” while out on a boat. “They are going on a road trip now throughout Europe and celebrating," said the source.
The hotel heiress has been documenting that road trip on Instagram, posting photos from Lake Como, Rome and Milan.

Hilton was briefly married to Todd Meister back in 2004 when they eloped in Las Vegas. They had the marriage annulled shortly after.
